Bradley County Juvenile Drug Court

The Mission of the Bradley County Juvenile Drug Court is to ensure safer communities by assisting juvenile offenders and their families in establishing and maintaining a drug free lifestyle.

The ultimate goal of the program is for the participant to be a productive family member and citizen within the community by attending school, following home guidelines, making good grades, and abstaining from alcohol and drugs.

Bradley County Juvenile Drug Court is a pre-trial diversion and a post conviction program for juvenile offenders who have substance abuse issues and have not been successful in maintaining drug abstinence. The program is a minimum of nine months and maybe extended longer if necessary.
